I’m Jim Lad a garden landscaper, Husband and dad of 2 children, head chef of our house, born, bred and raised in the South West of England. I was raised on a beef farm so I’ve always enjoyed traditional meaty meals, especially a Sunday roast or a good steak. Having had a passion for cooking it has led me to running BBQs at some local events and catering at our local pub, where my roasties are always enjoyed. Its not Michelin star stuff but it will help you cook great wholesome meals and treats for the whole family to enjoy!!
